Your information
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This notice explains how Aderin Systems Ltd uses personal information provided through this website. Aderin Systems Ltd is responsible for deciding how this information is used. You can contact us at aderinsystems@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit an Aderin application, we collect your name, business name, work email, phone number, business type, approximate team size, information about your current process and any optional message you provide.
Our hosting provider also processes reasonable technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request time, IP address and browser or device information. We use a one-way hash of the requesting IP address temporarily for basic abuse protection and do not include the IP address in the application email.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your application, respond to you, communicate about setting up Aderin, protect the website from misuse and meet legal obligations where applicable. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, subscribe you to a newsletter or give us consent for unrelated marketing.
Our lawful basis
We generally process application information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our service. Where a legal obligation applies, we may also process information to meet that obligation.
Who processes the information
Vercel hosts the website and processes request data needed to provide and secure it. Resend delivers the application notification to Aderin’s Gmail inbox, so the form contents are processed by Resend and Google. Aderin may keep controlled operational records in Microsoft 365 or OneDrive where needed to follow up the application. Supabase supports the authenticated Aderin application, but the V1 website application form does not store submissions in Supabase. Supabase Auth uses Resend to deliver transactional invitations, verification and password-recovery emails. For those authentication messages, Resend processes the Owner or user’s email address, delivery metadata and message content; that integration does not give Resend access to the wider operational Customer database. Cloudflare supports Aderin’s domain and DNS and does not receive the form contents from Aderin.
How long we keep it
For a business that does not become a customer, we keep enquiry and application information for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may retain it for longer where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or satisfy another applicable legal obligation. Customer operational records are governed separately.
International processing
Some providers process information outside the UK. Resend’s provider is Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States, where Resend says its primary processing and account-data storage occur. Resend’s data processing terms include the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and its commitments under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Other providers are required to use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism where needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Rights depend on the circumstances and are not always absolute. Contact us at the email above to make a request.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
